Terms of Use

Effective September 29, 2026

These terms govern use of the CorEvolve website and its free resources. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.

Informational purpose

The website describes CorEvolve’s consulting approach and provides general educational resources. Website content is not a consulting engagement, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice, or a guarantee of any result. Viewing the site, using a tool or resource, sending an inquiry, or booking an introductory conversation does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or confidential advisory relationship. A consulting relationship begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Use of free resources

CorEvolve’s interactive tools and downloadable resources may be used internally by individuals and organizations. Unless a resource states otherwise, you may not sell, sublicense, redistribute as a competing product, remove attribution, or present the material or EVOLVE Method as your own. The resources must be adapted thoughtfully to the relevant people, context, risks, and applicable requirements.

Responsible and lawful use

You may not use the website, resources, brand, or contact channels to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with CorEvolve; impersonate CorEvolve or another person; deceive, exploit, harass, discriminate against, or harm individuals or communities; infringe rights; distribute malware; probe or interfere with site security; scrape or overload the site in a manner that disrupts service; collect personal information without authority; or support unlawful activity. Automated access must respect published crawler instructions, reasonable request rates, copyright, and these terms.

Community and participant safeguards

Social-program tools should be used with appropriate consent, accessibility, cultural respect, data protection, safeguarding, and accountability. A tool result does not replace contextual judgment, qualified local expertise, organizational policy, or legal and ethical obligations. Users remain responsible for decisions, implementation, participant protection, and outcomes arising from their use of the materials.

Accuracy, examples, and results

CorEvolve aims to keep the site accurate and useful. Examples describe types of work or intended uses and should not be interpreted as a promise that another organization will obtain the same result. Context, participation, resources, leadership, and implementation affect outcomes.

Intellectual property and publication attribution

Unless otherwise stated, the CorEvolve name, site design, written content, EVOLVE Method presentation, and original resources are owned by CorEvolve or used with permission. Third-party publications and photographs retain their respective rights and attribution. Gerencia de proyectos sociales: abordajes y prácticas is a multi-author publication of Fundación Promigas, Fundación Surtigas, and Fundación Gases de Occidente; the website identifies Juan Manuel Mendoza Puccini’s documented role as co-compiler and co-author and does not claim sole authorship.

External links

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and reference. CorEvolve does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Availability and limitation

CorEvolve does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every item will always be current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CorEvolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss arising from use of the website or free resources. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Enforcement, changes, and contact

CorEvolve may restrict abusive access and may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for security, rights protection, or legal compliance. These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date identifies the current version. Questions, attribution requests, or permission requests may be sent to info@corevolve.org.
